How to make pasta in instant pot?
Add pasta, water, and salt to the inner pot. Make sure the water just barely covers the pasta. Close the lid and turn the pressure knob to ‘sealed position’.
Select ‘Pressure Cook’ mode and set the timer to 4 mins. Once the cooking time is done, release the pressure immediately. Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to stop the cooking and prevent them from sticking to each other.
Tip: Place a kitchen towel over the steam release pressure valve to help absorb the steam and save your cabinets from it.
