Pesto Pasta with Tomatoes and Olives

- 1 cup Pasta
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Pesto sauce
- 10 count Kalamata olives, sliced
- 10-12 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Sundried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Crushed pepper (optional)
Cooking the Pasta in Instant pot
Add pasta, water, and salt to the inner pot. Make sure the water just barely covers the pasta.
Close the lid and turn the pressure knob to 'sealed position'.
Select 'Pressure Cook' mode and set the timer to 4 mins
Once the cook time is done, release the pressure immediately.
Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to stop the cooking and prevent them from sticking to each other.
Stove top method - follow the instructions on the package.
Pesto Pasta
While the pasta is cooking, slice the olives and cut the cherry tomatoes.
In a large mixing bowl, add cooked pasta, pesto sauce, olives, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and crushed pepper.
Mix well.
