Today, I want to share my go-to recipe for a satisfying healthy sandwich that takes just 15 minutes to put together. This Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich has a fresh and creamy taste with a melange of textures in every bite.

What do I need to make Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich?

You need a few things to make this yummy sandwich.

1. Hummus

2.Veggies like tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce

3.Kalamata Olives

4.Feta cheese

5.Pepper

6.Bread (I have used multigrain bread)

How do I layer this sandwich?

1.Generously spread the hummus on the first slice of bread.

2.Add the veggies. I have used lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes, and cucumber.

3.Top it up with sliced olives and crumbled feta cheese.

4.Make this sandwich extra creamy by spreading hummus on the second slice of bread.
